This is an exciting new apprenticeship role to become part of the ICT Department for Marshall ADG.
Starting as a member of the ICT Service Desk Team, you would be working in a busy office environment.
Your duties will start with logging technical issues and requests from the users, resolving where you can, or assigning high quality tickets to the other teams which make up the ICT Department, therefore good communication skills are essential.
You should also be forward looking, have a proactive view to problem solving and detecting trends to resolve issues before they even become a problem and suggesting new cost efficient ways of working.
ICT Apprentice duties will include:
The successful person will be supported to complete a Level 2 IT User Apprenticeship within the first year of employment, or be looking to progress an existing Level 2 qualification through to a Level 3, whilst working full time within the ICT Department or Marshall ADG.
